Do you accept returns / refunds?

– Due to the nature of digital products, we do not provide Refunds / Returns. HOWEVER, if there is a problem with your file please reach out to us via our Contact form.

Can I use your products for commercial use?

Yes! Our products are for commercial and personal use with the following terms:

Tumbler wraps, Mug wraps, Wind spinners, and ornaments are for use on physical products only please. (basically the finished or mostly finished design stuff is for physical products)

Elements and Alphabets are also for commercial and personal use, but these you can create digital files for sale as long as you are incorporating the elements within a full design. (You cannot resell just the element(s) or Alphabets).

PLEASE do not share our files in dump groups or with friends, etc. Instead – send them our way please! Our prices are reasonable and we’re just a small family operation tryin’ to make our way in the big ole world! 🙂
